Head of Micro Events
As the Head of Micro Events, you’ll be an integral part of the SNP department, leading SMASH!'s micro-event initiatives and acting as the main liaison between SMASH! and external event partners. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, hands-on execution, and strong relationship-building skills.
The Head of Micro Events will be responsible for developing event proposals, securing resources, and ensuring flawless execution of each event. Working closely with the SNP Director, you will shape SMASH!'s community outreach and strengthen its brand presence by managing unique, smaller-scale events throughout the year. Your leadership in the micro-events space will not only drive attendee engagement but also set the foundation for the Micro Event Account Coordinator’s growth and learning.

Essential Skills & Knowledge, Experiences, Qualifications
- Proven experience in event planning and execution, preferably within pop-ups or community events.
- Strong client management skills, with the ability to communicate professionally and build rapport with partners.
- Experience in proposal writing and resource management.
- Excellent organisational skills, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to think critically and adapt quickly to dynamic event environments.
Desirable Skills & Knowledge, Experiences, Qualifications
- Previous experience in a supervisory or team-leading role.
- Familiarity with digital event management tools, such as Google Suite or event management software.
- Knowledge of attendee engagement strategies and client satisfaction metrics
