What does KT Entertainment do?

KT Entertainment is an International Talent Agency specialising in the representation and management of diverse and highly skilled creatives within the entertainment industry. Our agency is dedicated to working with a wide variety of talents, including Cosplayers, Models, Streamers, Artists and VTubers. We are committed to securing opportunities for our talents through collaborations, clients, events and other employment opportunities.

What is your favourite project that you've worked on?

Since its official establishment on 1st August, 2023, KT Entertainment has been diligently laying the groundwork for a series of upcoming projects slated for release in 2024. While we have not yet publicised any major projects, we are eagerly anticipating the opportunity to share exciting developments in the coming months. Stay tuned as we prepare to officially unveil our talent roster and showcase the projects that will define our presence in the industry!

What are your top tips for a casual Cosplayer, Model, Streamer, or Artist who wants to become professional?

For those aspiring to pursue careers in creative fields professionally, a piece of advice is to define their passion and develop their skills over time. Building a portfolio to effectively showcase one's body of work serves as a great starting point. Additionally, active engagement in networking with fellow creators, professionals, and industry insiders is most important for fostering meaningful connections and expanding professional opportunities.

Why did Knite decide to open their own business, and how is it different to other talent management businesses?

The founding of this agency is rooted in my love and passion for the industry. My dedication to supporting fellow creators and friends connect to opportunities predates its establishment. I find immense satisfaction from guiding fellow creatives through the industry and witnessing their successes. KT Entertainment sets itself apart in the talent management industry under the leadership of CEO and Head Talent Manager Knite (myself haha). With 14 years experience in cosplay, including 8 years of professional engagement, I bring substantial expertise and knowledge to the creative entertainment industry, positioning myself to understanding the needs and requirements of our talents and the clients.
